Process
How it's made.

Agave recovery
Post-production agave bagasse is collected from distilleries instead of being burned or landfilled.

Fiber processing
Fiber is washed, dried and milled to a controlled particle size for consistent flow and strength.

Compounding
Milled fiber is compounded with bio-based polymer into pellets, tuned for rigidity and heat tolerance.

Injection molding
Pellets are molded in precision tooling, giving each piece its speckled agave surface.
05
Kitting & packaging
Pieces are assembled, wrapped and case-packed — with your branding on sleeve and carton.
